Overview

Complete Roofing LLC operates a text message program for customers and prospects across the Mississippi Coast, Alabama Coast, and Greater New Orleans. These terms govern that program. Enrollment confirms agreement with everything stated below.

The text message program

Complete Roofing sends short message service [SMS] texts to people who opt in. Messages cover appointment scheduling, inspection updates, project status, billing reminders, and replies to customer questions. Some messages may include promotional offers.

Consent

A person joins the program in one of three ways. The person submits a mobile number through a Complete Roofing form, texts a keyword to the company number, or gives written or verbal permission to a Complete Roofing representative. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by account activity and the purpose of each message. Some subscribers receive only a few texts a year. Others receive more during an active roofing project.

Cost

Complete Roofing charges nothing for the texts it sends. Message and data rates may still apply. Those charges come from the subscriber’s mobile carrier and depend on the subscriber’s plan. Questions about rates go to the carrier.

How to opt out

A subscriber can leave the program at any time. The subscriber texts STOP to the same number that sends the messages. Complete Roofing then sends one confirmation text and ends all further program messages. A subscriber who wants to return can opt in again through any method above.

How to get help

A subscriber who needs assistance texts HELP to the program number. The reply includes support contact details. Subscribers can also call Complete Roofing at (228) 202-5542 or email info@completeroofco.com for help with the program.

Supported carriers

The program works with major United States wireless carriers. Carriers bear no liability for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier participation can change without notice.

Privacy

Complete Roofing safeguards subscriber information. The company does not sell or share mobile numbers or text content with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The company may share information with the service providers that help operate the program – for example, a text message platform or customer service vendor. Eligibility

The program is available to United States residents who are at least 18 years old. Each subscriber must own or control the mobile number used to enroll.

Changes to these terms

Complete Roofing can update these terms at any time. The current version always appears on this page. Continued participation after an update confirms agreement with the revised terms.
